Three generations

Pollos Asados Los Primos was born from a simple conviction: that a properly roasted chicken deserves nothing less than patience, quality ingredients, and a recipe worth passing down. What started as a family tradition in the kitchen has grown into a place where neighbors gather, families celebrate, and first-time visitors become regulars.

We source whole chickens daily and marinate them in a carefully balanced blend of garlic, citrus, and dried chiles before slow-roasting them until the skin shatters at a touch and the meat stays succulent to the last bite. Our salsas are made from scratch, our tortillas are warm, and our doors are always open.
